这是一个关于一个天才儿童的悲剧故事。这个小男孩被送进一家普通的学校,象其他孩子一样,从最基础的年级开始读书。这对小男孩而言实在是太简单了,这大大限制了他与生俱来的想象力和创造力。小男孩感到如此的压抑,以至于当他的父母意识到错误并将他送到一个新的更适合他发展的学习环境中时,他已经丧失了自己的天才。
现在将全体学员分成3-5人一组,请每组讨论一个问题:从讲师或学员的角度出发,这个故事告诉了我们什么道理?

Point out the circumstances in which the best attempt of the instructor may also result in limitations for the student.
Operating procedure
The lecturer can read the story of the little boy below to the students aloud, or copy and distribute it to the students.
This is a tragic story about a gifted child. The little boy was sent to an ordinary school and, like other children, started studying at the most basic grade. This is too simple for the little boy, which greatly limits his innate imagination and creativity. The little boy felt so depressed that he lost his genius when his parents realized the mistake and sent him to a new learning environment more suitable for his development.
Now divide all the students into groups of 3-5 people. Ask each group to discuss a question: "From the perspective of the lecturer or the trainee, what does this story tell us?"
